Now this is something special. Lovely Miss Sav' is one of the most naturally gifted singer/songwriters I came across, taking her poetic Leonard Cohen influences to Tori Amos in-a-way-of-Broadway style territories, so full of grace I swear to god the girl's medically forbidden to consume sugar. 4/7 of the tracks presented here are available for streaming on her MySpace. To further emphasize how prolific of an artist she is - all the source materials being used here were made by Savannah herself , everything from macro photography to abstract painting and mixed-media type collages. Hope I'm still remembered when this'll get her rich and famous , then I can ride her coattails and hang out with Kate Bush and PJ Harvey.
