Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Eliran Kantor (elirankantor.com). The contracting party is Eliran Kantor, Scharnweberstr. 23, 10247 Berlin, Germany.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Complete Purchase" button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of this email.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated prices. The applicable shipping costs will be shown on the product page and during the checkout process.
§ 4 Delivery
Delivery will be made to the shipping address you provide. Please refer to the individual product listings for estimated delivery times. We deliver to the countries available for selection during checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs and import duties may apply and are to be borne by the buyer.
§ 5 Payment
Payment is processed via the payment methods available in the shop. The invoice amount is due upon conclusion of the contract.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to our Withdrawal Policy for further details.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually manufactured or made-to-order goods (e.g. limited-edition art prints on special order), provided these are expressly identified as such.
§ 7 Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
§ 8 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. For used goods, the warranty period is one year from delivery.
§ 9 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 10 Governing Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident is not withdrawn.
§ 11 Severability
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

§ 1 Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen, die über den Online-Shop von Eliran Kantor (elirankantor.com) aufgegeben werden. Vertragspartner ist Eliran Kantor, Scharnweberstr. 23, 10247 Berlin, Deutschland.
§ 2 Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung dar. Durch Anklicken des Buttons „Kauf abschließen“ geben Sie eine verbindliche Bestellung der im Warenkorb enthaltenen Waren ab. Die Bestätigung des Eingangs Ihrer Bestellung erfolgt per E-Mail unmittelbar nach dem Absenden der Bestellung. Mit dieser E-Mail kommt der Kaufvertrag zustande.
§ 3 Preise und Versandkosten
Alle Preise sind in Euro angegeben und verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer. Zusätzliche Versandkosten können anfallen und werden auf der Produktseite sowie im Bestellprozess ausgewiesen.
§ 4 Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt an die von Ihnen angegebene Lieferadresse. Lieferzeiten entnehmen Sie bitte den jeweiligen Produktangaben. Wir liefern in die Länder, die im Bestellprozess zur Auswahl stehen. Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der EU können zusätzliche Zoll- und Einfuhrabgaben anfallen, die vom Käufer zu tragen sind.
§ 5 Zahlung
Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Shop angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden. Der Rechnungsbetrag ist mit Vertragsschluss fällig.
§ 6 Widerrufsrecht
Verbrauchern steht ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht zu. Nähere Informationen entnehmen Sie bitte unserer Widerrufsbelehrung.
Hinweis: Das Widerrufsrecht gilt nicht für individuell angefertigte oder auf Bestellung produzierte Waren (z. B. limitierte Kunstdrucke auf Vorbestellung), sofern diese ausdrücklich als solche gekennzeichnet sind.
§ 7 Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die gelieferte Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
§ 8 Gewährleistung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte. Bei gebrauchten Waren beträgt die Gewährleistungsfrist ein Jahr ab Ablieferung der Ware.
§ 9 Streitbeilegung
Die Europäische Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS) bereit: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Wir sind nicht bereit oder verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
§ 10 Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG). Gegenüber Verbrauchern gilt diese Rechtswahl nur insoweit, als nicht der durch zwingende Bestimmungen des Rechts des Staates, in dem der Verbraucher seinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hat, gewährte Schutz entzogen wird.
§ 11 Schlussbestimmungen
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
